Bone Marrow-CD34+ stem/progenitor cells are positively isolated using a direct immunomagnetic CD34 MicroBead labeling system.
Human Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells constitute a heterogeneous population enriched for hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). CD34 is a classical surface marker associated with early hematopoietic populations, and the CD34+ compartment includes both hematopoietic stem cells and multiple levels of progenitor cells within the hematopoietic hierarchy. This CD34 bone marrow population represents an early-stage cellular fraction within the hematopoietic system. Morphologically, CD34+ bone marrow cells are usually round or oval, with a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio and a small amount of cytoplasm. These cells express CD34, a cell surface sialic acid glycoprotein. CD34+ cells play a core role in the hematopoietic system by differentiating into progenitor cells of multiple lineages, including myeloid and lymphoid cells, and by regulating the hematopoietic microenvironment by secreting regulatory cytokines such as SCF and FLT3-L. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells are an HSPC-enriched population that contains hematopoietic stem cells and various stages of progenitor cells. Their biological characteristics allow them to serve as a representative model of early hematopoietic populations for studying hematopoietic development, lineage commitment, and regulatory mechanisms within the bone marrow microenvironment.
