Description

Human BRAF (L597R) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cells based on customers’ requirement. BRAF (L597R) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral transduction of human BRAF with the L597R mutation. Overexpression clone is validated by qRT-PCR.
Target
BRAF L597R is a less common activating mutation located in the kinase domain. It promotes dimerization-independent MEK activation and is implicated in a subset of melanomas and gliomas. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
