Human CD34+ bone marrow cells are derived from whole bone marrow and purified using magnetic cell separation.
Human CD34+ Bone Marrow Cells are isolated from whole bone marrow. These cells may be derived from single or multiple donors. After isolation, the cells are cryopreserved to maintain viability. CD34+ cells play a crucial role in hematopoiesis, serving as progenitor cells responsible for the continuous production of all blood cell types. They have the capacity to differentiate into both myeloid and lymphoid lineages, giving rise to erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets. During culture, these cells should be handled carefully to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can compromise cell quality and function. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

Human CD34+ Bone Marrow Cells serve as a robust in vitro model to study hematopoiesis, immune cell development, and regenerative medicine. These cells are particularly useful in exploring lineage commitment, engraftment mechanisms, and gene therapy applications. They enable research into bone marrow transplantation and hematologic malignancies by offering insight into stem cell expansion and differentiation potential in both normal and diseased states.
