Human CLL Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) support immune profiling, biomarker discovery, and therapy response in R/R CLL research.
Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are isolated from the bone marrow of patients with clinically diagnosed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have experienced disease relapse or failed to respond to standard therapies. These mononuclear cells include a heterogeneous population of lymphocytes and monocytes. CLL B cells within the population are small, round lymphocytes with condensed chromatin and scant cytoplasm, growing in suspension. The cells are cryopreserved immediately after isolation without further culturing or passage, ensuring high viability and biological relevance. Relapsed/refractory CLL cells often show resistance to conventional treatments, and may express altered levels of key markers such as CD5, CD19, and CD23. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These primary CLL bone marrow mononuclear cells serve as a robust model for investigating mechanisms of drug resistance, immune evasion, and BCR pathway signaling in relapsed/refractory CLL, providing a valuable system for refractory CLL studies. They are valuable in evaluating novel therapeutic agents, especially BCL2 inhibitors, BTK inhibitors, or CAR-T cell approaches. Researchers may also use them to study tumor-microenvironment interactions and to characterize CLL immune cell profiles These cells are also used in co-culture systems to assess T cell dysfunction and immune suppression in the CLL bone marrow niche.
