Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood CD19+/CD5+ B Cells, Untreated are primary malignant B lymphocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of patients diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have not undergone any prior treatment. These cells are enriched through immunomagnetic separation targeting both CD19 and CD5 surface markers, which are characteristic of the leukemic clone in CLL. They exhibit a small, round morphology and grow in suspension as non-adherent cells. These cells display impaired apoptosis and dysregulated B cell receptor signaling pathways that promote leukemic cell survival and immune escape. Additionally, they secrete abnormal levels of cytokines, creating a microenvironment that favors tumor progression and suppresses normal immune responses. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
