Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells (Chronic Phase) are primary hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells isolated from the bone marrow of patients diagnosed with CML in the chronic phase. These cells are enriched by immunomagnetic separation targeting the CD34 surface marker, characteristic of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells and leukemic stem cells. The cells originate from human bone marrow tissue and represent the early, more stable stage of CML with lower blast counts and slower disease progression. Morphologically, these cells are small to medium-sized, non-adherent, and cultured in suspension. They exhibit aberrant signaling and genetic features associated with CML but typically fewer abnormalities than advanced phases. Karyotype and genetic profiles may vary between donors. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells (Chronic Phase) from chronic phase CML patients are valuable for studying early disease mechanisms, leukemic stem cell biology, and responses to therapeutic agents. They can also be used in drug screening, biomarker identification, and modeling the chronic phase of CML in translational research.
