Description

Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Chronic Phase) are isolated from the bone marrow of human donors diagnosed with CML in the chronic phase. These cells are obtained from bone marrow aspirates and consist of a mixed population of mononuclear cells, including hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, and leukemic cells. This stage of CML is characterized by controlled proliferation of myeloid cells and fewer genetic abnormalities compared to advanced stages. These cells are non-adherent, heterogeneous in size and morphology, and typically maintained in suspension culture. Functional features include altered signaling pathways associated with BCR-ABL fusion activity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Chronic Phase) are ideal for studies involving early-stage leukemogenesis, hematopoietic dysregulation, leukemic stem cell biology, and drug sensitivity profiling. They can also be used in assays for molecular pathway analysis, biomarker validation, and evaluation of tyrosine kinase inhibitors in preclinical CML models.
