Human cKIT (V559D_D820G) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. This dual mutant model is constructed by lentiviral integration of human cKIT gene harboring V559D and D820G mutations.
Target
cKIT is a receptor tyrosine kinase that regulates hematopoiesis, melanogenesis, and gametogenesis. The V559D mutation leads to constitutive activation in the juxtamembrane domain, while D820G, in the kinase domain, is associated with secondary resistance to cKIT inhibitors. This dual mutant enables in-depth analysis of cKIT signaling dysregulation and drug resistance. AcceGen supports generation of dual or complex mutation models to meet custom research needs. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional.
