Description

Human cKIT (V559D_D820G) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. cKIT (V559D-D820G) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human cKIT gene containing V559D and D820G mutations into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The V559D and D820G mutations in cKIT enhance kinase activity and are implicated in oncogenesis and resistance to specific inhibitors. These mutations are clinically relevant in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and acute myeloid leukemia.
