Human cKIT (V559D_Y823D) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. cKIT (V559D_Y823D) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human cKIT gene harboring V559D and Y823D mutations into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Mutations in cKIT, a receptor tyrosine kinase, drive constitutive activation of downstream MAPK and PI3K pathways. The V559D and Y823D mutations synergistically promote oncogenic signaling and may influence response to tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
