Description

Human CLIP1_LTK (I565N) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically modified Ba/F3 model expressing the I565N mutant variant of the CLIP1-LTK fusion gene. Stable transduction was performed using lentiviral vectors, and cells are validated by qRT-PCR at low passage.
Target
I565N mutation alters the regulatory region of LTK, increasing kinase signaling. It is involved in tumorigenic processes across hematological cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
