Description

Human Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) are isolated from bone marrow aspirates of newly diagnosed, untreated human patients with confirmed DLBCL. The isolated cells are mononuclear cells comprising malignant B lymphocytes along with supporting stromal and immune cells. These cells exhibit a heterogeneous population including large, atypical B cells characteristic of DLBCL morphology. These cells grow in suspension culture, are non-adherent, and display limited proliferative capacity ex vivo. Flow cytometry analysis shows high expression of CD19, CD20, CD22, and other B-cell markers, with clonal rearrangements confirmed by molecular assays. Karyotyping reveals chromosomal abnormalities typical of DLBCL. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells serve as a valuable model for investigating DLBCL pathogenesis, tumor microenvironment interactions, drug resistance mechanisms, and for screening novel therapeutics. They are also applicable in immunophenotyping studies and biomarker discovery related to lymphoma progression. Moreover, they can be utilized to explore the role of epigenetic modifications in DLBCL development and therapeutic response, providing new perspectives for personalized treatment strategies.
