Human EML4_ALK (L1196M_D1203N) NIH/3T3 Cell Line supports investigation of compound ALK mutations and their impact on targeted therapy efficacy.
Human EML4_ALK (L1196M_D1203N) NIH/3T3 Overexpression Cell Line is a lentivirally transduced NIH/3T3 model expressing a dual-mutant EML4-ALK fusion gene containing L1196M and D1203N substitutions. Cells are verified by qRT-PCR and preserved under low passage conditions.
Target
L1196M (gatekeeper) and D1203N mutations within the ALK kinase domain are associated with potent resistance to first- and second-generation ALK inhibitors. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
