Human EML4_ALK (R1275Q) BAF3 Cell Line is a Ba/F3 cell line expressing the EML4_ALK fusion with an R1275Q mutation, enabling IL-3–independent survival.
Target
The EML4_ALK fusion gene is found in lung cancer and results in constitutive ALK activation. The R1275Q mutation affects the kinase domain and may confer altered drug sensitivity.
