Human ERBB2 (L786V) BAF3 Cell Line serves as a valuable model to examine HER2 mutation-driven cancer progression and targeted drug responses.
Human ERBB2 (L786V) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically modified BAF3 cell line designed to stably express the ERBB2 oncogene harboring the L786V mutation. Integration is performed using lentiviral vectors and validated by qRT-PCR. Edited cells are maintained under low passage (<P20). Target ERBB2 (HER2) encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in cell proliferation and survival. The L786V mutation enhances kinase activity and has been linked to therapeutic resistance in HER2-positive cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
