Description

Human ERBB2 (S310F) BAF3 Cell Line is a stable Ba/F3 cell line expressing human ERBB2 with the activating S310F mutation. Lentiviral transduction ensures stable integration, with transgene expression validated by qRT-PCR. Cells are cultured under passage 20.
Target
ERBB2 (HER2) S310F is a hotspot mutation in the extracellular domain that promotes ligand-independent dimerization and downstream signaling. It is implicated in lung, breast, and bladder cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
