Description

Human ERBB2 (S310Y) BAF3 Cell Line is a stable Ba/F3 cell line modified to express the human ERBB2 S310Y variant. Stable expression is achieved through lentiviral vector transduction and confirmed by qRT-PCR. Cell line passage is restricted to <P20. Target The ERBB2 S310Y mutation confers constitutive activation and is linked to resistance against certain HER2 inhibitors. It activates downstream PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways in oncogenesis.
