The human ERBB2 (V659D) BAF3 cell line provides an ideal model for studying HER2 mutations and their role in tumors, supporting the development.
Human ERBB2 (V659D) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. The mutant cell line expresses human ERBB2 gene containing the V659D point mutation, introduced via lentiviral transduction.
Target
ERBB2 (also known as HER2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in regulating cell growth and differentiation. The V659D mutation, located in the transmembrane domain, leads to constitutive dimerization and activation, driving oncogenic signaling through MAPK and PI3K/AKT pathways. This variant is relevant in breast and lung cancers. AcceGen offers ERBB2 mutant cell models for oncogenic mechanism research and drug screening. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional.
