The human ERBB2-ERBB3 BAF3 Cell Line facilitates study of HER2/HER3 heterodimerization and supports targeted therapy research in cancer signaling.
Human ERBB2_ERBB3 BAF3 Cell Line is a murine Ba/F3 model co-expressing human ERBB2 and ERBB3. Lentiviral co-transduction is used for stable gene expression, verified via qRT-PCR. The cell line is expanded under low-passage conditions (<P20). Target ERBB2/ERBB3 heterodimerization potentiates signaling through PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways, contributing to cancer cell proliferation and survival. Their co-expression models synergistic oncogenic signaling observed in breast and lung cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
