The human ERBB2-PDL1 MC38 Cell Line enables exploration of tumor-immune interactions and is ideal for evaluating HER2-targeted immunotherapies.
Human ERBB2_PDL1 MC38 Cell Line is a stable murine colon adenocarcinoma model derived from MC38 cells, engineered via lentiviral transduction to co-express human ERBB2 and PDL1 genes. The expression of both transgenes is confirmed by qRT-PCR, and cells are maintained under low passage conditions (<P20). Target ERBB2 (HER2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase implicated in tumorigenesis via PI3K/AKT and MAPK signaling, while PDL1 mediates immune evasion through PD-1 binding. Their co-expression models tumor-immune interaction and resistance to immunotherapy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
