Human ERBB4 (D931Y) BAF3 Cell Line is a Ba/F3-derived line stably expressing the D931Y mutant of human ERBB4. This system models IL-3–independent growth mediated by aberrant ERBB4 signaling.
Target
ERBB4 is a receptor tyrosine kinase in the EGFR family. The D931Y point mutation results in ligand-independent activation and promotes oncogenic signaling.
