Human ETV6_cKIT BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ETV6_cKIT BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human ETV6-cKIT fusion gene into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The ETV6-cKIT fusion arises from oncogenic rearrangement involving the transcriptional repressor ETV6 and receptor tyrosine kinase c-KIT. This fusion results in ligand-independent activation of downstream signaling, driving leukemogenesis.
