The human ETV6_ERBB4 BAF3 Cell Line enables research on fusion gene oncogenicity and targeted therapy development in hematologic malignancies.
Human ETV6_ERBB4 BAF3 Cell Line is a fusion-expressing cell model derived from murine BAF3 cells through lentiviral delivery of ETV6-ERBB4. Cells are validated by qRT-PCR and cultured under low passage (<P20). Target The ETV6-ERBB4 fusion results from chromosomal rearrangement and drives oncogenic signaling via aberrant tyrosine kinase activity. It has been observed in hematologic malignancies and promotes cytokine-independent cell growth. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
