Description

Human ETV6_FGFR3 NIH/3T3 Cell Line is a murine fibroblast model expressing the oncogenic ETV6-FGFR3 fusion protein. This cell line is designed for evaluating the role of FGFR3 fusion signaling in tumorigenesis.
Target
The ETV6-FGFR3 fusion results from chromosomal translocation and retains the dimerization domain of ETV6 and the kinase domain of FGFR3, leading to constitutive receptor activation. This fusion has been observed in hematological malignancies such as leukemia.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
