Human FCGR2A_R167 CHOK1 Cell Line is a stable CHOK1-derived model engineered to express the low-affinity Fc gamma receptor IIA (CD32A) with the R167 variant. Transduction is performed using lentiviral vectors, with transgene expression confirmed via qRT-PCR and passages kept below 20.

FCGR2A (CD32A) mediates IgG immune complex recognition, phagocytosis, and cytokine release. The R167 variant influences receptor affinity and downstream immune activation, with implications in autoimmunity and immunotherapy efficacy.
