Description

Human FCGR3B_NA2 CHOK1 Cell Line is a stable CHOK1 cell model engineered to express the human FCGR3B gene with the NA2 allotype. Transduction is achieved using lentiviral vectors, and expression is validated by qRT-PCR. Cells are expanded under controlled low-passage conditions (<P20). Target FCGR3B (CD16b) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored receptor involved in neutrophil activation and immune complex clearance. The NA2 variant is associated with altered immune responses and disease susceptibility. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
