Description

Human FGFR2 (E565A) BICC1 BAF3 Cell Line is a murine pro-B cell model engineered to express the FGFR2-BICC1 fusion carrying the E565A point mutation. Gene integration is performed using lentiviral vectors, with expression confirmed by qRT-PCR. Cells are maintained under passage 20.
Target
FGFR2 fusions promote constitutive kinase activity and oncogenic signaling. The E565A mutation may alter substrate specificity and downstream pathway engagement in cholangiocarcinoma and other cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
