Human FGFR2_BICC1 (V564F) BAF3 Cell Line enables study of FGFR2 fusion variants, oncogenic signaling activation, and anti-FGFR therapy efficacy.
Human FGFR2_BICC1 (V564F) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is a stable Ba/F3 model harboring the human FGFR2_BICC1 fusion gene with the V564F mutation, integrated via lentiviral transduction. The edited cells are validated using qRT-PCR and maintained at low passage (<P20). Target The FGFR2_BICC1 fusion results in constitutive FGFR2 signaling, and the V564F mutation further enhances its kinase activity, contributing to oncogenesis in cholangiocarcinoma and other malignancies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
