Description

Human FGFR3_BAIAP2L1 BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model based on murine BAF3 cells expressing the FGFR3-BAIAP2L1 fusion construct. Integration is achieved by lentiviral transduction, and expression is validated by qRT-PCR.
Target
The FGFR3-BAIAP2L1 fusion leads to constitutive activation of FGFR3 kinase signaling and has been implicated in multiple cancers including bladder carcinoma. It promotes oncogenesis via PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.

Application

  • For research use only

  • This model is used for functional analysis of FGFR3 fusions, screening of FGFR inhibitors, and studying oncogenic pathways driven by fusion kinases.
