Human FLL Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Untreated) are used for hematopoiesis research, immune cell differentiation, and stem cell therapy applications.
Human FLL Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells, Untreated are a mixed cell population derived from the bone marrow, including monocytes, lymphocytes, hematopoietic stem cells, and progenitor cells. Morphologically, these cells are round or oval, with a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, and can be isolated by density gradient centrifugation. They comprise heterogeneous cell populations involved in immune regulation and hematopoiesis, including subsets expressing CD34 (hematopoietic progenitor cells). Functionally, these cells modulate the hematopoietic microenvironment through cytokine secretion. Monocyte subsets within this population can differentiate into macrophages to participate in pathogen clearance, while hematopoietic stem cells sustain the regeneration of the blood system. In FLL bone marrow cell culture, these cells retain their diverse phenotypes and support studies of bone marrow immune cell function. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human FLL Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells, Untreated are widely used in basic and translational research related to tissue repair and regeneration, including studies exploring cellular mechanisms involved in myocardial and bone tissue repair. In addition, these cells serve as valuable research models for investigating immune regulation, hematopoietic function, and cell–cell interactions in disease-related experimental systems.
