Human FLT3 (D835H) BAF3 Cell Line supports leukemia research by modeling FLT3 mutation-driven oncogenic signaling and drug response profiles.
Human FLT3 (D835H) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from murine pro-B BAF3 cells based on customers’ requirement. This cell line is generated by stable integration of human FLT3 carrying the D835H mutation into BAF3 host cells using our optimized lentiviral transduction system. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The FLT3 gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a crucial role in hematopoietic progenitor cell development. The D835H mutation results in constitutive kinase activation and is frequently found in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), where it drives uncontrolled proliferation and confers poor prognosis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.

The FLT3 (D835H) BAF3 Cell Line provides an ideal model for elucidating the oncogenic signaling cascades activated by FLT3 mutations. It supports studies on FLT3 inhibitor sensitivity, drug resistance mechanisms, and functional screening of targeted therapies in hematological malignancies.
