Description

Human FLT3 (N701K) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered BAF3 model expressing FLT3 with the N701K mutation, established via lentiviral transduction. Cells are expanded at low passage (<P20) and validated by qRT-PCR. Target FLT3 N701K confers resistance to type I FLT3 inhibitors and is emerging as a clinically relevant secondary mutation in AML patients under targeted therapy.
