Human Frozen/Positively Selected PB CD19+ B Cells enable B-cell biology research, immunology studies, and therapeutic target validation in vitro.
Human Frozen/Positively Selected PB CD19+ B Cells are B lymphocytes obtained from the peripheral blood of healthy individuals through positive selection (such as CD19 magnetic bead separation). These CD19+ cells exhibit typical morphological characteristics of lymphocytes, presenting a round or oval shape. Functionally, they participate in adaptive immune responses through antigen presentation, antibody production, and cytokine secretion. Naïve B cells that have not been exposed to antigens differentiate into effector cells upon encountering antigens, generating specific antibodies or forming immunological memory. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Frozen/Positively Selected PB CD19+ B Cells can be used for fundamental immunology research, including exploring B cell development, activation, differentiation, and antibody production mechanisms. They can also be employed to investigate functional differences between B cells from different donors or under various experimental conditions, providing insights into adaptive immune responses and autoimmune disease mechanisms.
