The Human Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+ B Cells provide untouched B lymphocytes for the immunology, antibody discovery, and cell signaling studies.
Human Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+ B Cells are B lymphocyte subsets isolated from peripheral blood (PB). They are typically isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells using negative selection methods to preserve native B cell phenotypes and avoid direct antibody binding to CD19. CD19 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed throughout the development of B cells (except terminally differentiated plasma cells). It is a member of the Ig superfamily and participates in the formation of the BCR signaling complex and regulates the activation threshold of B cells. Morphologically, these cells are round or oval, with a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio and dense chromatin. The functions of these cells include antibody production, antigen presentation, and cytokine secretion cytokine secretion, including IL-6 and IL-10, and they participate in humoral immune responses and immune memory formation. Flow cytometry analysis is commonly used to confirm the purity and phenotype of the isolated CD19+ B cell population. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Frozen/Untouched PB CD19+ B Cells retain their physiological properties and are suitable for in vitro studies of B cell development, differentiation, activation, and signaling. They can also be used to evaluate the effects of compounds on B cell proliferation, function, and cytokine production, or as target cells in various cellular immunology research models.
