Description

The GOPC ROS1 BAF3 Cell Line expresses the human GOPC-ROS1 fusion protein via lentiviral integration. This fusion combines the coiled-coil domain of GOPC with the kinase domain of ROS1, leading to constitutive kinase activation.
Target
GOPC-ROS1 fusion is identified in glioblastoma and other solid tumors. The fusion results in ligand-independent ROS1 activation, triggering downstream MAPK and JAK/STAT pathways. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
