Description

Human HRAS (Q61L) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is generated from Ba/F3 cells by lentiviral-mediated stable expression of human HRAS containing the Q61L mutation. The cells are maintained under low passage conditions (<P20) and validated via qRT-PCR. Target The Q61L mutation in HRAS results in defective GTPase activity and persistent activation of the MAPK pathway, contributing to tumor initiation and progression. This alteration is frequently found in bladder, thyroid, and skin cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
