Human HRAS (Q61P) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. HRAS (Q61P) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human HRAS gene harboring the Q61P point mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
HRAS encodes a GTP-binding protein that regulates proliferation and differentiation through RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling. The Q61P mutation is a well-characterized activating alteration that locks HRAS in its GTP-bound form, driving oncogenic transformation.
