Human IL7Ra_CRLF2 BAF3 Cell Line enables functional studies of cytokine receptor complexes in hematopoietic cell signaling and leukemia progression.
Human IL7Ra_CRLF2 BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from murine BAF3 cells based on customers’ requirement. The cell line is generated by stable co-expression of human IL7Ra and CRLF2 in BAF3 host cells using our optimized lentiviral transduction protocol. Edited cells are maintained at low passage numbers (<P20) and validated by qRT-PCR. Target IL7Ra and CRLF2 form a receptor heterodimer that activates JAK-STAT signaling in response to thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Their co-overexpression is implicated in Ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), promoting leukemogenesis through cytokine signaling dysregulation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
