Human KRAS (G12C_A59S) BAF3 Cell Line is developed to study KRAS double mutations’ effects on cancer cell signaling and drug resistance mechanisms.
Human KRAS (G12C_A59S) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cells based on customers’ requirement. KRAS (G12C_A59S) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human KRAS carrying dual G12C and A59S mutations into Ba/F3 host cells using lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
KRAS encodes a GTPase functioning in the RAS/MAPK pathway to regulate cell growth and survival. The G12C and A59S mutations confer constitutive activity and altered effector binding, contributing to tumorigenesis in non-small cell lung and colorectal cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
