Support Human Lung Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells for immune profiling, biomarker studies, and translational applications in lung cancer.
Human Lung Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are an immune cell population isolated from the peripheral blood of lung cancer patients, comprising lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. They are round/oval mononuclear cells, exhibit suspension growth and weak adhesion. In the lung cancer microenvironment, these PBMCs participate in tumor progression or anti-tumor responses through immune regulation. Specifically, T cells can recognize and kill tumor cells, while regulatory T cells (Tregs) may suppress immune responses, promoting tumor immune escape. The presence of immune checkpoint molecules (e.g., PD-1, CTLA-4) are frequently upregulated on these cells. Monocytes can differentiate into tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), further influencing the inflammatory state of the tumor microenvironment. Through these mechanisms, PBMCs facilitate immune suppression and tumor progression, highlighting their critical role in cancer immunology. These PBMCs are valuable for PBMC profiling in lung cancer, enabling evaluation of adaptive immunity in lung cancer, identification of inflammation markers in lung cancer, investigation of lung carcinoma immune response, and testing novel therapies involving PBMC lung cancer.
