Human Lymphatic Fibroblasts serve as a biologically relevant model for investigating lymphoid tissue microenvironment dynamics. These specialized fibroblasts support studies in lymphoid tissue engineering, immune cell migration, matrix remodeling, and inflammation. Functionally, they generate extracellular matrix, produce chemokines (CCL19, CCL21, CXCL13), and form conduit-like structures supporting lymphocyte trafficking and adaptive immune responses. They have been utilized in organotypic models to dissect stromal–immune cell interactions and to test interventions in lymph node microenvironments.
