Human NRAS (G12C_Q99L) BAF3 Cell Line supports investigation of dual NRAS mutations and their cooperative role in cancer development and drug resistance.
Human NRAS (G12C_Q99L) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model developed from murine pro-B Ba/F3 cells with stable overexpression of human NRAS carrying G12C and Q99L mutations. Lentiviral transduction was used to introduce the dual mutant gene construct into host cells. Cultures are maintained below passage 20. Clonal validation is performed by qRT-PCR.
Target
NRAS G12C_Q99L alters both the GTP-binding domain and effector interactions, leading to aberrant signal transduction. This dual mutation enhances oncogenicity and is of interest in advanced preclinical models of myeloid leukemia and melanoma. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
