Human PB CD4+ Helper T Cells from AcceGen provide highly purified immune cells for immunology, infection studies, and therapeutic applications.
Human PB CD4+ Helper T Cells are isolated from mononuclear cells using an indirect immunomagnetic labeling system. After primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. CD4+ T cells are characterized by the expression of the CD4 surface molecule, enabling them to recognize foreign antigens presented by MHC (major histocompatibility complex) molecules on antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages. They play a central role in initiating and regulating adaptive immune responses. In research, these cells are widely used to study the mechanisms underlying infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. In vitro, CD4+ T helper cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain their viability and functionality. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human PB CD4+ Helper T Cells are essential for initiating adaptive immune responses by interacting with antigen-presenting cells. These cells are used to study TCR signaling, MHC-II (major histocompatibility complex class II) antigen recognition, and helper cell differentiation. They can also be applied in autoimmune disease modeling, vaccine development, and infection studies. CD4+ T cells serve as a powerful platform for understanding immune regulation and cytokine interactions.
