NPB-Pan T Cells are negatively isolated from mononuclear cells using an indirect immunomagnetic Pan-T labeling system.
Human PB Pan T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Following primary culture, the cells are cryopreserved for research use. These cells possess robust immunological functions, including direct cytotoxicity against infected or malignant cells and the secretion of cytokines that orchestrate immune responses. Pan T Cells play pivotal roles in immune defense, immune surveillance, and immune homeostasis. They are widely studied in the context of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. These cells have limited proliferation capacity in vitro and should not be exposed to repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human PB Pan T Cells are used in research to examine general T cell biology, including T cell receptor (TCR) signaling, proliferation, cytokine production, and cytotoxic responses. They provide a heterogeneous population containing both CD4+ helper and CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, making them ideal for broad immunological assays. Applications include autoimmune disease modeling, immunotherapy development, and cell-mediated cytotoxicity studies in infectious and neoplastic diseases.
