Human PDGFRb (D850Y) NIH/3T3 Cell Line, PDGFRb, NIH/3T3, Overexpression Stable Cell Lines, Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Human PDGFRb (D850Y) NIH/3T3 Cell Line is a mouse fibroblast cell line (NIH/3T3) stably expressing the D850Y mutant of human PDGFRb. It supports fibroblast proliferation and transformation assays.
Target
PDGFRb is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in cell growth and angiogenesis. The D850Y mutation increases kinase activity and has been associated with oncogenesis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
