The PIK3CA (H1047L) BAF3 cell line provides an ideal model for studying tumor signaling and therapeutic responses, advancing precision medicine.
Human PIK3CA (H1047L) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. The PIK3CA (H1047L) mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PIK3CA gene carrying the H1047L point mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using optimized lentiviral transduction.
Target
PIK3CA encodes the p110α catalytic subunit of class IA PI3K, which regulates critical cellular processes via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway. The H1047L mutation, located in the kinase domain, results in constitutive activation of downstream signaling and is frequently observed in breast, colorectal, and endometrial cancers. AcceGen provides mutant-specific cell lines to support precision oncology studies. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
