Human SLC34A2_ROS1 (D2113N) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically modified murine Ba/F3 model engineered to stably express the SLC34A2-ROS1 fusion containing the D2113N mutation. Lentiviral transduction was performed using AcceGen’s optimized protocol, and low passage cells (<P20) were validated for target gene expression via qRT-PCR. Target The SLC34A2-ROS1 fusion, particularly with activating mutations like D2113N, is implicated in the oncogenic transformation of lung adenocarcinoma. ROS1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that, when aberrantly activated, drives MAPK, JAK-STAT, and PI3K pathways. Mutations such as D2113N may affect drug sensitivity and downstream signaling fidelity.
