SLC34A2-ROS1 (F2004C) BAF3 Cell Line provides a tool to study oncogenic ROS1 variants and investigate targeted inhibition strategies in leukemia.
Human SLC34A2_ROS1 (F2004C) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered Ba/F3 model stably expressing the SLC34A2-ROS1 fusion with an F2004C activating mutation. The cell line is generated via lentiviral transduction and validated at the transcript level with qRT-PCR. All cell expansions are below 20 passages.
Target
ROS1 fusions like SLC34A2-ROS1 are known oncogenic drivers, and mutations such as F2004C may modulate kinase activity and drug sensitivity. ROS1 mediates proliferative signaling through PI3K, MAPK, and STAT cascades. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
