Description

Human TNK1 (L600D) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TNK1 (L600D) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human TNK1 gene harboring the L600D point mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
TNK1 encodes a tyrosine kinase involved in cellular stress response and interferon signaling. The L600D mutation is located in the kinase domain and affects its functional activity. Emerging studies suggest TNK1’s dual role in tumor suppression and inflammatory modulation.
