The TPR (Met_H1094Y) BAF3 cell line provides a unique model for studying MET kinase signaling, supporting exploration of drug resistance and mechanisms.
Human TPR (Met_H1094Y) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TPR (Met_H1094Y) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated through stable lentiviral transduction of human TPR gene fused with MET sequence and carrying the H1094Y mutation.
Target
TPR-MET is a fusion oncoprotein that results from chromosomal rearrangement, leading to constitutive activation of MET kinase signaling. The H1094Y mutation further enhances kinase activity and downstream oncogenic pathways such as RAS/MAPK and PI3K/AKT. This combination promotes cellular transformation and survival. AcceGen provides stable fusion and mutant models for studying targeted therapeutic strategies. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
